How do I get started with AVC-AI?
Simply sign in with your Google account, select your language, choose an avatar or upload your own photo, and start creating!
How do I purchase credits?
All purchases are made through Google Play Billing. You can buy credits directly in the app by selecting a package (1 hour or 2.5 hours).
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. Used credits (spent on video generation) cannot be refunded. See our
Refund Policy for details.
My video generation failed. What should I do?
If video generation fails, your credits are not deducted. Try again, and if the problem persists, contact us at support@avc-ai.live with details about the error.
Which languages are supported?
We currently support English, Greek (Ελληνικά), and Spanish (Español) for both the interface and voice conversations.
Is my data safe?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. We don't sell your data, videos are automatically deleted after 30 days, and we're GDPR compliant. Read our

Can I use my own photo?
Yes! Select "Magic Room" mode after language selection to upload your own photo and create a personalized avatar.
