• 1 Hour Package: €9.99
• 2.5 Hours Package: €19.99

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchases will not be affected by price changes.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to use the Service to create, generate, or distribute:

• Illegal content or content that violates any laws
• Content depicting or promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or harm others
• Content impersonating real individuals without their consent
• Spam, malware, or malicious content

4.2 Consequences of Violation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

AVC-AI NeoAvatar is powered by SadTalker technology, licensed under Apache License, Version 2.0.

5.2 User Content

You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and generate videos based on your content.

5.3 Generated Content

Videos generated by the Service are owned by you. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your generated content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend service for technical or security reasons

Credits will not be deducted during documented service outages.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Security practices page. Key points:

• We collect only necessary data for service operation
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
• Generated videos are automatically deleted after 30 days
• You can request data deletion at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

9. User Responsibilities

10. Termination
