Privacy Policy for AVC-AI

1. Information we process

• Account information: the sign-in identifier, verified phone number where Human Room uses it, profile name, avatar, and account settings.
• Messages and shared content: message text, files, photos, voice notes, location shared by you, and the delivery/read state needed to operate a conversation.
• Calls: call invitations, participants, time and technical connection data needed to establish audio or video calls. Camera and microphone media are requested only when you start or accept a feature that needs them.
• AI creation inputs: photos, audio, prompts, and generated outputs that you choose to submit for an AVC-AI feature.
• Device and service data: device/app version, language, push-notification token, IP/network information, and security or reliability events.

2. Why we use it

• To create and secure accounts, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
• To deliver messages, files, notifications, calls, and multi-device synchronization.
• To process the AI generation request you initiate and make its result available to you.
• To maintain reliability, investigate faults, improve security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use your private content for advertising.

3. Permissions and notifications

Camera, microphone, photos/media, contacts, location, and notifications are optional operating-system permissions. AVC-AI asks for them only when you use the corresponding feature. You can refuse or revoke a permission at any time in Android or iOS settings; the relevant feature may then be unavailable.

4. Diagnostics and access

Diagnostics are used to investigate issues such as failed calls, delivery errors, crashes, or notification failures. We design them to avoid credentials such as passwords, cookies, and access tokens, and to minimize personal information where possible.

5. Security and encryption

Traffic between supported AVC-AI clients and our service is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Supported real-time call transports use platform and WebRTC security mechanisms. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized operators.

AVC-AI does not currently present Human Room as end-to-end encrypted messaging. We will update this policy before making any such claim.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account and conversation data while it is needed to provide the service, maintain account security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Temporary processing material and operational diagnostics are retained for the shortest practical period consistent with those purposes. You may request deletion of your account and eligible associated data using the form below.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
